www.princefxea.com may not give you advice or make any comment concerning the nature, risk or suitability of any trade, transaction or investment strategy. www.princefxea.com is not liable for any damage or loss, including but not limited to, any trading losses in your accounts, which may arise indirectly or directly from your use of  PRINCE FX EA.

Additionally, You agree that no fiduciary relationship is formed and no fiduciary duty is owed to either party of the Agreement, by virtue of your purchase. You represent that you are of the age of majority as defined by the laws of the jurisdiction of your home of record, and that you are, therefore, you are able to enter into this Agreement and be bound thereby.

Required Action After Purchase

After your make your purchase of the desired package, you will get coding request form from our technical dept. Once you fill up the coding form and send it back to our technical department, Your license will be processed and the EA will be delivered to  your mailbox along with a complete installation guidebook within 24-48 hours.

PRINCE FX EA may be operated on Real and Demo accounts, and on unlimited computers, but www.princefxea.com is not held responsible if the policy is amended in the future and the number of computers and live and demo account becomes limited.

Personal Use Only – No Sharing

PRINCE FX EA is for your personal use only. You are not authorised to distribute, copy, reproduce, exchange, modify, or resell PRINCE FX EA.

For the users, you specifically agree not to permit others to use your access or Client’s ID number to operate PRINCE FX EA in any manner. If you attempt to share your personal access details or EA Copy with any others, we shall irrevocably terminate your license and deactivate PRINCE FX EA once for all.

You shall not receive a refund if your actions seem to be in direct violation of the Agreement.

This Agreement will be effective only upon our approval of your purchase. www.princefxea.com reserves the right to report to consumer and securities credit reporting agencies regarding any debit balance or negative credit information pertaining to any PRINCE FX EA purchase.

www.princefxea.com further reserves the right to reject a PRINCE FX EA purchase for any reason. www.princefxea.com may terminate any or all services rendered under this Agreement at any time and for any reason.
